European Commission approved Interreg Italy Switzerland 2014-2020 program.

The sustainable artery project connects Italy and Switzerland. It includes the navigation of Maggiore Lake, a cycle path and a driveway, both electrified. It will connect Novara, Castelletto Ticino, Arona, Lesa, Stresa and finally Ticino Canton.
